THE STUDIO

Steve Giralt Studio is a state-of-the-art creative space located in Midtown Manhattan. The studio is 1,700 square feet and is fully equipped for both photography and motion shoots. It has beautiful daylight streaming in from the 12 large windows with South and West exposures complete with Hudson River views.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen was designed with food stylists, for food stylists. The kitchen features all the kitchen tools needed for just about any food shoot. There is a regular oven, a commercial steam injection/convection oven, an island cooktop, deep fryer, dishwasher, microwave, large farm sink, two vent hoods to keep the smoke out of the studio, and top of the line commercial full size freezer and refrigerator for all your food storage needs. The kitchen has white poured concrete countertops, a Carrera marble subway tile backsplash, and floating open poured concrete shelves which make a beautiful background for shoots that need to take place in a kitchen environment.

THE CLIENT LOUNGE

Your home away from home, but with more conveniences than home. The client area features a fully stocked beverage center, Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother, countertop ice maker, color laser multifunction copier / printer, filtered drinking water tap, and draft beer with a different beer on tap every month. Enjoy the fully stocked bar and 60" Super HD TV which displays the images I'm capturing live as I'm shooting. Stay connected to what is happening on set, while also being able to get other work done. I take my client comfort seriously, If there is anything else you need, just ask!

THE TECHNOLOGY

I love technology and my studio has many systems in place to make shoots run fast and efficiently. There are screens all over the place! The studio has three large 4k TV's so that no matter where in the studio you are, you're connected to what is happening on set. I have a solution for any and all technical needs. The studio has a Makerbot 3D printer, high speed dedicated internet, state of the art sound system, 180 TB of server storage space for my archive, off-site backup, large format printer, and a secure access control front door. The server rack even has it's own AC!
